Dunn Architects are qualified heritage consultants and architects have experience in preparing designs and Heritage Impact Statements required by councils for work on heritage listed buildings and buildings within Heritage Conservation Areas. We also offer heritage research services.
Our staff are graduates of Sydney University�?��?�¢??s respected Master of Heritage Conservation and members of National Trust of Australia - NSW, Royal Australian Historical Society, Sydney Living Museums (formerly Historic Houses Trust) and Australia ICOMOS.
For projects involving over $80,000 our fees are calculated as a proportion of the construction cost. Our quotation provides full details of the cost of each stage of the process, what work is being done during each stage and how long each stage is likely to take.
For smaller projects we provide a quotation based on the estimated hours of work involved. For very small projects we provide hourly rate charges.
