We are passionate about creating low impact buildings, utilising passive solar design, shading, extensive ventilation and environmentally sustainable materials.
Extensive client consultation is part and parcel of our approach. As it makes good sense on most occasions we come to you as the site and working with it plays a pivotal role in the design.
During the initial visit we work through our own carefully constructed set of questions which help us get a better understanding of you the client, your needs and your expectations. Some preliminary measurements, sketches and photographs will be taken. From that meeting we go away analyse all the information and prepare a written quotation for our services. These could include:
* Preparation of a Concept Design
* All documentation required for Development Application
* The recommending (if required) of other Consultants e.g. Surveyors, Geotechnical Engineer, Structural Engineer
* Preparation of Working Drawings
* Council Submission (Private Certifier)
* Tender Process
* Project Management
