In house we have dedicated divisions that cover everything (well almost anything) meaning that we have control over time, cost and quality. This is very exciting for all because outcomes are better and more profitable / economical.
Our team generally consists of:
-Town Planning (a fully qualified and experienced town planner able to represent at VCAT)
-Design Team (a minimum of 3 designers who are experienced and know of implications of construction cost when designing). Along with well thought out templates and pre-defined details, quality and efficiency here is unmatched.
-Engineering (our own fully qualified and registered structural engineer ensures a further layer of control and cost management of documentation).
-Construction (estimators, project managers and construction division all complete the package of what excellent service we can provide).
***we also have our own landscaping division and kitchens division which just shows how far we will go to ensure client satisfaction through cost, quality and timing of our projects***
Even though we do all aspects of the construction process, nothing is locked into the other. Each stage is a separate agreement and you can opt out at the completion of any stage. This suits many external builders who use Architectural to do their documentation or even owner builders who only want plans and permits done then build themselves.
