370 degrees group Limited is one of the leading Group Training Organisations (GTO) in Victoria and Tasmania and trade based Registered Training Organisations (RTO) based in Melbourne.
370 degrees group was established in 1992 to service the electrical industry and has since grown into four robust divisions, 370 traineeships, NECA Apprenticeships, NECA Skills Centre and tastec group training, all offering a selection of business activities in employment and vocational training.
Group Training (Learn+Earn) is represented by 370 traineeships, tastec group training and NECA Apprenticeships. Tasked to provide employment opportunities in the way of traineeships and apprenticeships, 370 degrees group work with employers to determine the skills required to fulfil business needs. The objective is to find the right person to fit the job as well as manage all employment related processes such as superannuation, taxation, workcover and training.
370 degrees group has provided a consistent supply of highly qualified, skilled apprentices and trainees to industry in a full-time and part-time (school-based only) capacity.
In addition to providing apprenticeship and traineeship programs, 370 degrees group also provide training to industry through the NECA Skills Centre. The NECA Skills Centre is a Registered Training Organisation with the Victorian Qualifications Authority providing training for the electrical industry, more specifically pre-apprentices, apprentices and tradespeople.
370 degrees group is an accredited quality assured company under ISO 9001 Australian Standards and is compliant with the National Standards for Group Training Organisations (GTOs) and the Australian Qualification Training Framework (AQTF) RTO standards.
