Founded in 2008, Pacdon Park is situated in Echuca-Moama, on the banks of the mighty Murray River. Whilst living and farming in rural NSW, we had a vision to bring the very best of British foods Down Under and to produce them with only the very best locally-sourced ingredients. We specialise in crafting our range of gourmet traditional British pork products in our own specially built on-farm factory, where we lovingly produce handmade British Melton-Mowbray style Pork Pies, Gala Pies, gourmet Pork Sausage including Cumberland and Lincolnshire, Wiltshire Cure Bacon and Gammon, as well as our famous best Black Pudding. All of these authentic age-old recipes have been brought to Australia by our own in-house chef.
