Wes has working as a butcher for over 30 years opening his own shop, the famous Wes's Meating Place Preston Meats at The Preston Market in 1990 which he runned successfully until 2007 when he sold the shop in order to spend some more time with his family. After 6 years off he longed to get back into butchering and opened Wes's Meating Place Bundoora Square on the 10 december 2013.
