Located within the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park, this café and restaurant boasts stunning bush views. Opened in 1963, it was originally used by conservationists until it became a café in 1993. On a cold day, why not dine indoors beside the roaring log fire? You can feel the warmth and homeliness. Meanwhile, the menu offers Modern Australian cuisine; the pan-seared ocean trout with garden salad on the side is a dinner favourite.
