Cafe Patissiere Anna was created by Anna Peters and her Husband Anthony Kearney. They felt that Orange and the Central West needed a Patisserie with a Mediterranean flavour and ambience. With Anthony being the Barista(makes a delicious coffee and hot too!) and Anna organising the Kitchen what you experience is a feeling of enjoyment.
Anna and Anthony love all that is food, the producers, cooking, eating (of course), and their customers who enjoy chatting and catching up on food trends, flavours and experiences.
Cafe Patissiere Anna use local and Australian ingredients with the emphasis on Local. All the food is prepared with care and a genuine focus on quality of flavour, presentation and professional customer service. The lunch time menu changes every day and with the summer months the menu consists of fresh gourmet salads, seafood and a variety of Mediterranean flavours.
The biscuits, cakes and pastries are all hand made. You will experience flavours that are orchestrated to provide a feeling of warmth and good cooking. Savoury foods such as quiche, frittata and pies are made daily. Vegetarian, gluten free and dairy for are present. The only time butter is absent a margarine is used for a special diet. Quality of flavour and presentation are paramount and there is no compromise. There are times when Anna will wait for the ingredient to arrive as she does not lsubstituting.
