At Red Tractor Cafe we believe that eating should be an experience, whether it's a gathering of friends or a quick bite on your work break. Food should be enjoyed and looked forward to, rather than just consumed. Here we only use local, seasonal produce to ensure that all our dishes are full of flavour and to support Australian farmers. If it's not in season then it's not going on the menu, simple. Cooking with the seasons also means that there's frequently new dishes on the menu so you'll always have something new to try. Our menu is designed for your enjoyment. We aim to create dishes that are fun, exciting and a little different from the mainstream. You'll find classic breakfast/lunch fare with a twist.
We make almost everything in house which means better tasting food without the added nasties. Try our home-made ice cream, granola, ricotta cheese, tomato relish, mayonnaise, cakes, muffins and much more. Real food made from the freshest ingredients. What we are unable to produce in house we source locally. Our bread is baked fresh daily just across the road at Mill Bakery and we use the finest cheeses from two local creameries, White Gold Creamery in Biggera Waters and Witches Chase Cheese at Mount Tamborine.
Equally important for us at Red Tractor Cafe is operating in an environmentally sustainable manner. We feel it is vitally important to care for the land which provides for us, which is why we strive to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible. Aside from using seasonal produce, we also use bio-degradable take-away packaging and locally roasted Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee beans. Even our counter front is created by a local carpenter using recycled pallets. Bring your own take-away mug and we'll reward you with a 10% discount for every brew.
