Allikats is that local favourite you hear about and for good reason. Alli is a chef with perfection in mind, all the time. She bakes from the early hours every day and has a team of fantastic staff that help her deliver the best food around. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, ALL your dietrary requirements can be met at Allikats. Mostly all the food is made in-house and the selection is huge! Andrew has been trained by a Australian Champion barista and recently ranked in the top 6 in QLD at the state titles. His passion for coffee shows in every cup, with beautiful art and the perfect texture. With his team of baristas, Andrew also does syphon coffee, aeropress and cold brew which we bottle ourselves.Quality equipment and fitout, along with the specialty coffee,awesome food, great service and that homely feel shows why Allikats on Kent are at the pinnacle of the Maryborough cafe scene.
