Stuart Gifford has managed to achieve every restaurateur's dream and do away with menus and invite diners to trust the chef. Without doubt Adelaide's best vegetarian restaurant, Sarah's continues to serve surprises. Sarah's offers a series of cook's choice menus ranging from a choice of three dishes to share, to banquets and degustation tasting menus. Lunchtime menus provide a little more choice but the focus is on surprise dishes. It has taken Sarah's nearly 30 years to get to the point where its customers have no trouble implicitly trusting the kitchen, whose dishes are unpretentious but unquestionably delicious.
