East Melbourne's Café on Albert is a small, hidden treasure located opposite the tennis courts in Albert Street. With a terrace overlooking tree-lined Albert Street and the gardens opposite, Café on Albert has a Mediterranean feel, with a relaxed atmosphere, where you can almost sit in the kitchen and share your food passions with our chef, as he goes about his work.

Our menu is constantly changing, driven by what is freshest and what is in season. Our chef also likes to present new recipes from all over the world. But we love the old favourites, such as lamb shanks, roasted meat and pies, and have superb vegetarian dishes in the menu.
Café on Albert is also the exclusive outlet for Caffe Willy in Australia. We proudly serve their coffee and sell Caffe Willy beans by the bag (250g, 500g and 1kg). After you taste our espresso made from 100% Arabica beans, we dare you to stop at only one cup of coffee!
