Rocotillos dishes include Spanish Tortilla, Croque Monsieur with Bravas Sauce and the signature dish of Flamenco Baked Eggs with Authentic Style Chorizo along with daily specials. Those with a sweet tooth will not be left longing with freshly baked Portuguese Custard Tarts, Flourless Orange and Pistachio Cakes and other temptations always on offer.

Ed brings more than 20 years culinary experience, from kitchens around the world, to the centre of the Frankston shopping and entertainment district. He blends a mixture of flavours from the Mediterranean with the influences of North Africa, Italy, Spain and France shining through.
Well practiced in the art of hospitality, Irene has over 10 years experience managing restaurants and events. Her warm and friendly nature, sets an inviting and comfortable atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
Together Irene and Ed are now realising their dream and 'raising the bar' in the local dining arena.
