Eliza (Village Fruits), at the Mornington cafe or the wholesale customers on the Mornington Peninsula, from farm to plate, we make sure that we are working with local growers to bring you the freshest quality products. We have a long history of working with our growers, who include Hawkes Vegetable Farms, Gazzola Farms and Sunnyridge Strawberries.
Pala Cibo is a family friendly, al fresco style dining space, with a focus on whole fresh foods, with a unique twist. Pala Cibo allows us to use the locally sourced seasonal vegetables, fruits & herbs in delicious meals that are cooked to order. Head chef Mario Tavian's background extends from working in top Melbourne restaurants, as well as Sydney and all over the Mornington Peninsula for the past 30 years. Most recently owning his own restaurant for almost 10 years, winning an authenticity award from the Italian government & receiving a favourable review in The Age Good Food Guide.
