To create unique flavours for you, The Classic Cupcake Co uses only the finest ingredients: locally sourced free range eggs, natural vanilla from Madagascar and the world's most exquisite chocolate Callebaut, made from sustainably grown cocoa beans by the maitre chocolatiers of Belgium, and Willie's 100% Cacao, grown in Venezuela's cloud forest, then roasted and prepared by hand. The Classic Cupcake Co's flagship store in Mosman has a unique viewing window into the kitchen where customers can watch the bakers as they interpret the secret Victorian master recipes and create the constantly changing range of flavours.
