Established in 2005.
Established in the garage of Sam Barak back in 2005, Well and Good is now at the forefront of the gluten free product industry. We are continually innovating, creating and developing new gluten and dairy free products and recipes accessible to everyone - all made in Australia.
Our mission is to create high quality gluten free and allergy free food products that are simple to prepare and cater to people with dietary restrictions, intolerance's and allergies.
Our Well and Good production plant is one of the few in the world strictly dedicated to allergy free food production. It was created solely to develop food products free from the following commonly known allergens: gluten, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell fish and soya.
Well and Good operates under two main categories: Sales Products, and New Product Development.

Sam B.
Business Owner
Sam has extensive experience spanning over 30 years as an accomplished chef, baker, and pastry chef. He has experience in both production management and production development with a number of well known Australian food manufacturers.
Qualifications in quality systems further enhance his formidable commercial profile. Sam's foresight in predicting and meeting public needs has been evidenced by his involvement in the first application in Australia of beneficial bacteria (probiotics) and the Glycemic Index (GI) marketing of food.
