Jessica's have done all of the hard work for you, as all talent have been hand picked based not only on their look, but their presentation, work ethic, personality and experience. All talent must attend a face-to-face casting in order to be considered for work with Jessica's, ensuring only the best talent are taken on. This casting process allows time to get to know each and every model or dancer on a personal level.
