Beauty and the Beard Eats and Events is a vibrant and unique pop up catering experience hosted by a team of locals with smokin' flavour and a delicious selection of BBQ meats, burgers, ribs and salad.
The Dynamic Duo of Lauren (the beauty) and Jarrod (the beard) have been firing up the smokers and feeding their loyal customers throughout the Gympie region and the Sunshine Coast since 2017.
They are all about low and slow cooking in their custom built reverse flow wood fired BBQ trailer. We smoke our locally sourced meats low and slow for 12 hrs over Ironbark timbers and serve with fresh, seasonal and sumptuous sides for a gourmet dining experience.
They can cater for a variety of different events from public markets, sporting festival and corporate events to the more sentimental private events, such as birthdays, Christmas parties and weddings.
