Karen, who until recently headed up the hospitality and cooking programs at Drysdale Institute, has been a high profile chef in Tasmania for many years, and specialises in catering and event management for all occasions including weddings, birthdays, wakes, christenings, dinner parties, product launches and office meetings, as well as food styling, food photography, and recipe development using high quality Tasmanian products. Karen also offers expertise in kitchen design and menu compilation as well as being qualified in food and beverage training and consulting.
