Senior partner Melanie Vandegraaff has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked as Head Chef cooking a range of cuisines at numerous establishments including Jupiter, her own fine dining restaurant in Adelaide and Bravo fine dining restaurant at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts (USA). Melanie has also been a contributor to a variety of Australian Food and Wine Festivals including the Taste of South Australia and the Noosa Food and Wine Festival. Together with hospitality business partner Sarah Lawson, Melanie formed Red Courgette in 2011 and is rapidly establishing a reputation for excellence in food.
