Hot Coals Catering has been supplying authentic woodfired catering throughout Victoria since 2008. Our mobile catering team can cater birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, corporate functions, Christmas parties, fundraisers, events, festivals, & much more!
We bring our trailer mounted wood-fire ovens to your event, or if you prefer we can use your facilities. We can serve our tantalising finger foods to your guests; we can organise a buffet for them to serve themselves, or we can serve a sit-down meal. We can also set up a food stall to cater to hundreds of festival patrons or even school students on LOTE day!
We understand that our customers want to be part of their event, & enjoy it without the stress & hard work! Hot Coals can plan your event from start to finish, keeping it stress free! We can be involved as much or as little, as you'd like.
Owners Richard Dovile & Tania Starziczny have between them over 25 years of hospitality experience. Both have owned & managed many different hospitality venues. Also, they provide training & consultation to many people both in, or entering, the hospitality industry.
