Mornington Peninsula Nannies was founded in 2014 to connect the highest quality nannies to families on the Mornington Peninsula. We offer permanent, part time, casual and babysitter roles. We understand that each and every family has specific needs for their children so we do our best to match the right nanny to the right family. Throughout the interviewing we are able to establish the nannies background, qualifications and experience. Mornington Peninsula Nannies will then pass on the resume of potential candidates that we believe are the perfect fit. You will then be able to conduct your own interviews to find the perfect nanny. Once you have found the perfect nanny from Mornington Peninsula Nannies leave the rest up to us.
Our Nannies are fun, caring, responsible and of the highest quality. All MPN Nannies have WWC, First Aid, Police checks and a drivers license. Mornington Peninsula Nannies have no joining or registration fees. Agency fees are only paid when you find a nanny to fit your family.
The agency also considers finding permanent childcare for longer terms even more important and so engages in a twelve month contract with the nanny. By doing this we are able to keep in touch with the family to see how things are going and to also get feedback. This feedback can then be used to improve the nannys performance if needed.
