There are some periods of the year when a lot of tank owners notice their water turns rank – this is often due to the fine blossom of certain trees slipping through the tank strainer and consequently breaking down and going rank in the water.

If your water is fine, but it’s still time to clean the tank (Council recommends every 2 years), Alligator has the capacity to store up to 3,000 galls (14,000 liters) whilst cleaning, then filter it before refilling into your tank. Keith is able to clean all sizes of rainwater storage tanks and also specialises in apartment sump cleaning & high rise fire tanks. Keith is one of the few operators on the coast who has full accreditation for Combined Space Entry as does his employee, which makes Alligator unique – they actually get inside your tank to scrub down the roof, walls & floor & pump the dirty water out which leaves the tank clean.
