Maintenance -
The core of our business relates to servicing and managing demised and common area to Shopping centres, offices and commercial buildings in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia.
Services may include internal/external common area, demised office space, rest rooms, general kitchen space etc.
Properties under our control, or new quotations for services, always includes a tailor-made maintenance specification.
The distinct advantage of using specifications (formal guidelines, sometimes called "scope of works") not only identifies the conditions and areas of service, it ensures any contractual agreement it relates to expresses to all parties involved, who is accountable and to what level, for each area of the property.
HERRONCAMC is fully insured for public liability, and also supply MSDS information (material safety data sheets) for all chemicals and related products that are or would be used at any location.
Property Reports and Advice -
In this area we work closely with managing agents, practice managers, and owners. We carry out inspections, prepare reports and advise on the best methods and options available to maintain commercial property to the highest standards.
We instigate and encourage regular client contact in order to address these areas.
This can include written reports relating to property condition and servicing recommendations. The goal being the enhancement or rectification of areas.
Reports may also relate to grounds maintenance issues as applicable.
