Unleashing its "Fashion With Attitude" upon the world, Cranky Puss is a labour of love for founders and designers Rhonda Wirth and Brian Durnsford. After a period of 2 years of research, design and manufacturing, the pair is happy to see their creation set loose upon the buying public internationally.
We wanted to create a brand that was distinctly Australian, but that also reflects our family heritage and the inspiration gained by travelling internationally.
"Cranky Puss' Fashion With Attitude philosophy also owes a lot to the vibrancy and colors of the Sunshine Coast, where we live, and where Cranky Puss was born.
"We wanted to bring a new alternative to the clothing market, something that sits outside the mainstream, and that captures people's desire to be an individual."
Cranky Puss is centred on a range of denim jeans, 2 which are WTF mobile phone and or MP3 player compatible, with a distinct focus on creating stylish and comfortable garments that can be part of your casual wardrobe or for a night on the town.
The label also has a range of body shirts, which feature the hand- printed original designs of the label's creators, and a number of other accessories that embody the Fashion with Attitude spirit.
"Our products are manufactured alongside many of the worlds leading brands, but in far smaller production runs.
"We want our customers to feel their style isn't being copied and that they will stand out in our garments. You won't see your self everywhere!"
