Having trouble with IRAC?
need help with the structure for Legal writing?
Hi,
Im Mel, a third year law/business law student in Murdoch University.Im an international student from Singapore and Im looking to offer my services to tutor students either in TAFE or in uni who are doing basic legal studies or business law units. I have had experience with tutoring other students who are in the similar field (referrals upon request). i have attained a range of high distinction to distinction over the past years and i would like to share some study tips and notes if anyone is willing to take up the offer.

For murdoch, we do the IRAC structure.
extensive notes prepared and compiled over the last years.
Good working knowledge in the area of Hospitality Law, commercial law, finance law or employment law.
Im not a qualified teacher but as a student I very well understand the needs of another student and for some that does not have Law as their major, it can pose to be quite diffcult and confusing. I am aware that most students have to undertake a basic commercial law unit. it is important to have a good foundation at the beginning as there bound to be another law unit that a student has to take up that relates to their major. eg. for accounting students there are company law, taxation, finance Law etc.
fees
it will be $20 per session. one session runs between 1 hr -1.5 hrs. 2-3 sessions per week depending on the student himself. Location is usually at murdoch university library or anywhere convenient to both parties.
