Furthermore, we could provide remote assistance within 10 minutes, although in some cases the IT consultant may have to be physically onsite to remedy the problem.
For home users, we strive to provide superior IT support by thoroughly explaining computer issues our clients are experiencing in plain English for their complete understanding. No more confusing technology jargon! Most residential computer repairs can be fixed on the premises, However, if the issue is more complex (major virus removal or data recovery) then sometimes the computer may need to be taken offsite and worked on at our office. We understand how imperative computer's are in our daily lives, so we always attempt to have it returned to you within a couple of days.
Please note that our Sydney CBD office is closed on weekends, however, we provide IT Support on weekends for our ongoing clients and by appointment only.
