We make a wide range of cakes, flans and pastries, most which are available wholesale to Cafes and Restaurants. We specialise in Gluten Free.
Our small cakes, pastries and croissants are avalable retail at stall 25, at the Adelaide Showgrounds Famers Market (ASFM) Leader Street on Sunday mornings between 9am and 1pm.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products as everything is made from scratch, no premix used and our Gluten Free range is so good you'd never know it was.
Sonia was trained by French, German and Austrian Pastry Chefs during her 3 year apprenticeship in Melbourne over 30 years ago and her experience is enormous.
