When you first contact 32 Degrees Building we will discuss your enquiry with you to understand your needs, budget and timeframe and then complete a pre-site assessment and viability check on your home for you.
From there we can schedule our builder to come and meet with you and discuss your main objectives, provide recommendations and solutions surrounding your budget and lifestyle needs so that he can then prepare a tailored build cost quotation for you.
As specialists in these types of builds we have many years of experience enabling us to easily offer solutions and suggestions on products, layout and how to get the most from your investment. All of our quotes are delivered via email in 3 business days and if you don't already have plans, we can manage this process for you.
