Upton Martin Consulting was founded by John Martin and Sue Upton in May 1989. It is a specialist consultancy company providing tailor made solutions in the ares of Leadership Development,Change Management, Team Development,Facilitation, Strategic Planning and Executive Coaching.

He has worked with the most senior levels of Australian agencies, assisting them to strategically position to deal with volatile environments. We have conducted over 220 extended length Leadership or Management Programs which have been at least three months in length. The programs have involved leadership programs for Senior Executive Level Staff, leadership programs for indigenous staff, programs for scientific leaders and a wide range of other technical staff, programs for women and leadership programs for whole organizations.
We have also conducted change management and performance management programs for scores of different Commonwealth and State/Territory Public Service organisations over this two decade period. We have facilitated hundreds of team development workshops, meetings and planning sessions. We have more than 1000 hours of coaching experience.
Many of our contracts have been for long periods of time and, in these cases, have been subject to several public tender processes.
