Willems Project Consultants is a Project & Program Management Consultancy based in Sydney's Northern Suburbs.
Our company brings many years of successful project and program management experience to the table. Our director, Stijn Willems, has been involved in the delivery of some of the most complex projects in Australia and overseas.
We are able to offer the following services to our clients:
- Project Planning Assistance: including the coordination and collation of planning approval documentation
- Contract Management: including setting up contracts as well as administering them
- Design Management: from concept to construction design, ensuring that the client's objectives and requirements are satisfied
- Construction Management: ensuring that construction is in line with the agreed design and in accordance with the project program and budget
- Defect Management: coordination of defects close-out, including management of the defects register
- Risk Management: identification and mitigation of project risks as well as risk workshop facilitation
- Superintendency: including review and certification of payment claims, review of the Contractor�??s Health and Safety processes, processing variation and extension of time claims and site inspections
- Independent Certifier: inspection and certification of the works

He has also fulfilled the role of program and change manager for Deutsche Bank and Westpac.
