Having extensive experience at Senior Management levels within both the Finance and Manufacturing sectors, Rowen Gransden followed the entrepreneurial path and established a consulting business in 2003.
In business he experienced the myriad of challenges of a start-up through its growth phases - planning, technology, systems, databases, marketing, sales, cash flows and finding the right people.
Rowens experience in manufacturing and his business qualifications led him to create a lean business model, building a small, highly skilled consulting team and while keeping overheads low.
As he grew his customer base he found affinity and shared challenges with clients who welcomed him as a trusted advisor, confidante, coach and mentor.
He enjoys a diverse customer base including financial services, infrastructure, manufacturing, trades, and food, and partners with owners and key managers to monitor business performance, identify improvement opportunities and manage change.
Rowen uses a range of business diagnostic tools and has Distributor rights with a specialist performance management system and Harrison Assessments behavioural assessments.
