The company was established in 1994 by John Dwyer who has over 30 years experience in the personal care industry. His background as an Industrial Chemist gave NBC a solid base of knowledge and expertise. John was joined in the early days of the business by his daughter Celia who has led the focus on Product and Business Development, and contributed to NBC's success as a competitive and dynamic business. Son Peter and son-in-law Nick joined the business a little later, and they have made major contributions to their respective departments, Production, Logistics & Business Development. The family influence is supported in every way by a large team of dedicated people whose efforts are indispensable to the success of the company.
Natural Beauty Care has since grown to manufacture for a large variety of successful brands. NBC customers cover the full spectrum of brands from mass retail private label, mass and prestige brands, premium direct selling brands and export.
