The Mind Body Tree is a Canberra-based counselling and kinesiology practice run by Kate Nethercott. As a counsellor and kinesiologist Kate Nethercott work's with individuals, couples and families. The Mind Body Tree also offers group healing workshops and courses on subjects ranging from stress management, healthy eating, self esteem and emotional healing.
Beyond counselling and kinesiology, services at the Mind Body Tree cover a variety of additional natural and non-invasive techniques including meditation, gestalt and time line therapy, mindfulness techniques and body work.
