KINESIOLOGY CHANGES LIVES
Kinesiology empowers you to learn from your body. Pain, illness and dis-ease is your body shouting at you to listen. 3 years of study at the College of Complementary Medicine has taught me how to understand the language of the body. My knowledge and skills can help you to understand your symptoms and guide you to make choices to improve your health.
My undergraduate degree is in Asian-Pacific studies; which focused on Asian sociology, business, history, culture and language. I also completed a Masters in Education: TESOL, which lead me to teach at the Wollongong University College. I now combine my teaching and communication skills with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, the body's energy system, Traditional Chinese Medicine and kinesiology to help you to attain improved health and wellbeing.
The purpose of a kinesiology consultation is to identify and release pain, stress and the underlying patterns leading to ill health. The fundamental goal is to re-balance the body, mind and spirit to leave you feeling revitalised and awakened to a better understanding of yourself. Kinesiology is Mind/Body medicine: we work to identify the links between what you think and feel and how this manifests in your body.
Clients usually leave a session feeling refreshed, lighter and energised. They understand more about themselves and their illness and how best to manage their symptoms and act to change for better health in the future.
Kinesiology can be beneficial in treating: anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems, ongoing pain that won't go away, digestive problems, hormonal imbalance, menstrual issues, headaches, difficulty concentrating, lethargy, skin irritations, infertility, allergies and much more.
