Sue-Ellen Taylor is a registered psychologist (AHPRA) and is an experienced practitioner who works with clients of all ages (children, teens, adults, seniors) and a wide variety of mental health and developmental difficulties. These include Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, memory and learning difficulties, marital and relationship difficulties, Autism Spectrum, victims of crime, and survivors of sexual abuse to name a few. Due to her many years in the field, Sue-Ellen has developed a number of areas of special interest, including Depression and Anxiety, Relationships Counselling, Autism Spectrum, Applied Neuroscience, Developmental Psychology and Trauma.
Therapeutic modalities that Sue-Ellen incorporates in her practice include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Coherence Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Somatic Therapy and Mindfulness. Sue-Ellen also has ten years experience using EEG Biofeedback therapy and Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback Training with a variety of presenting difficulties. She also incorporates other somatic-based techniques such as Somatic Experiencing.
