Dr Jodie Lowinger and her team of skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologists provide the latest treatment for anxiety, worry, stress, phobias and associated conditions for adults, children and teens. We use CBT, ACT, mindfulness and other therapies to help with generalised anxiety and worry, specific fear or phobia, illness anxiety, sleep, postnatal anxiety, trichotillomania, injury or pain, OCD, panic, agoraphobia, grief, relationship difficulties, university, career and workplace anxiety. Dr Lowinger is the Principal Clinical Psychologist at the Sydney Adult & Child Anxiety Clinic. She has worked as a Registered Psychologist for over 15 years. She was awarded the University Medal and holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science focusing on anxiety. Dr Lowinger developed her skills in anxiety treatment for adults, children and adolescents through her work at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic St Vincent's Hospital, the Boston Children's Hospital USA, the Child, Youth and Family Mental Health Service Sutherland Hospital, the Child Behaviour Research Clinic Randwick and the rehabilitation and chronic pain units St Vincent's Hospital. She also works extensively in leadership coaching and has worked previously for organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Macquarie Bank. Dr Lowinger combines a warm, empathic and engaging personal style with a pragmatic, solutions oriented approach.
