I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Kinesiologist, HypnoBirthing Practitioner, Energetic Alignment practitioner, Goulding SleepTalk consultant and director of Transformation from Within Healing centre Maroubra. After 20 years in the corporate sector and several health concerns that could not be treated by modern medicine, I knew there had to be another way, after turning to natural therapies, I found my health and the health my family started to improve. I am passionate about understanding the connections between the mind and body, utilising the bodyâ??s own wisdom and healing abilities to restore physical, emotional, biochemical and spiritual health my clients.
To assist you in the transformation, I use a number of natural therapies such as Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, Hypno-analysis, Past Life Regression, Neural Organisational Technique (NOT), Sabotage Clearing, Energetic Healing, Essential oils, Shell Essences and nutritional support. I work with you to understand your individual requirements on a priority basis to facilitate the fastest and most effective path to transformation.
I am a member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA), the Australian Kinesiology Association (AKA) and the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists (IACT). I am also an accredited Goulding SleepTalk consultant, HypnoBirthing practitioner and Energetic Alignment practitioner.
