With this in mind, I have designed a Retreat that allows you time out from your busy schedules and lets you reflect on what is happening in your life. Sessions can be done on a one-on-one basis where I can either come to you or we (you and I) can hold a session over the phone - ideal for those with limited time or those located outside of the city. Should your concerns be about your weight, there is usually more to it than simply eating the wrong foods. Usually it is due to something that triggers your need to turn to food - ranging from old habits to stress.
