Karen is an experienced, accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, in private practice, providing short, medium and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, relationship problems, depression, anxiety (stress), grief and loss, life transitions (e.g. separation, divorce, affairs, retirement, "empty nest", career change), parenting issues, family of origin issues, loss of direction in life, and desire for self-growth or to improve relationships.
Karen offers a non-judgmental, confidential service to assist clients to clarify key issues, reduce distress, strengthen coping strategies, and work towards their chosen goals. Her overall approach is collaborative and supportive.
