Welcome, my name is Barbara Upton. When we are emotional, our whole body is affected, that is both physically and mentally.
Exploring what is behind our emotions can set us on the right path for better emotional and physical health.
With this in mind, I have designed a Retreat that allows you time out from your busy schedules and lets you reflect on what is happening in your life. Click on the Retreat flyer attachment below for more details.
If however you aren't able to take time out but feel you want to address what is going on inside of you whether it be in relation to:

* Relationships with family
* Relationships with work colleagues
* Parenting issues

Sessions can be done on a one-on-one basis where I can either come to you or we (you and I) can hold a session over the phone - ideal for those with limited time or those located outside of the city.
Should your concerns be about your weight, there is usually more to it than simply eating the wrong foods. Usually it is due to something that triggers your need to turn to food - ranging from old habits to stress. I believe you can win against your weight through a 3 step process:
1) Learn what is going on inside yourself
2) Plan your success
3) Ensure you have ongoing support through your journey
