Francesca is a trained and qualified counsellor, group therapy facilitator, and emotional freedom technique and biofield therapy practitioner. Francesca has spiritual and healing abilities that she developed over a period of 20+ years and she combines this with the knowledge, skills, and experience that she acquired, working as a mental health and domestic/family violence counsellor for over 12 years.
Francesca uses a trauma informed and strengths-based approach and works within a holistic framework. She draws from evidence-based therapies that include mindfulness, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, person centred therapy, emotional freedom technique (tapping), meditation and biofield therapy.
Francesca walks alongside clients on their journey, whilst acknowledging that they are the experts in their lives and supports them to identify and build on their own unique strengths and abilities. She helps them connect with their own internal guidance system, so they are empowered to identify, address, and resolve their problems.
