Tracey has 25 years of experience working in Public Mental Health Services, Child Protection Services, and Generalist Health Services in Australia and New Zealand. Tracey currently works in her private practice with adults who are keen to address current life stressors or deal with trauma from their past. Tracey utilises psychological strategies such as Mindfulness, Somatic Awareness, Grounding and Self-Soothing Techniques, Divine Sleep (R) Yoga Nidra, and Compassion-Based Meditation to help the nervous system to relax and to enable clients to gain insight into the strengths and inner wisdom that are already present. With Tracey's extensive training in Western mental health and psychological approaches across 25 years, her work is grounded in attachment, neuroscience, and trauma-informed theory.
