Some of the things that I can help families and children with are:
Comprehensive family and child needs assessments
Social skills, emotional awareness and management
Management of challenging behaviours
Bullying prevention and Anger Management
Individually focused approach in areas of socialisation, emotional regulation, parenting and behavioural goal based strategies
Support in developing and establishing routines and behavioural strategies in the home or school
School consultations and parent training (including working with extended family members such as grandparents and other important people in the child and families life)
Assistance in identifying and sourcing possible private and community based supports and funding for things such as equipment, financial assistance and respite.
Skype or phone consultations for families in remote or rural locations
NO problem is too big or small. NO question is ever silly and remember you will
ALWAYS be the expert on your child, you are with them 24 hours a day. I will work with you to help with the issues that are priorities to you, your child and family.
Consultations available in the clinic, home, pre-school, school or community setting.
