Natasha has a doctorate in psychology and has specifically trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) model, as well as undertaking further training in motivational interviewing (MI), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She believes that therapy should be tailored to an individual's needs and works with people to help them to identify and understand causes of issues, and to implement practical strategies to make positive life changes. She has a history of working in medical centres and hospitals, as well as being an educator and corporate trainer.
