Dr Kylie Brownfield is a clinical psychologist based in Cheltenham. She specialises in working with individuals who have experienced an emotionally abusive relationship (work, personal or romantic). Kylie has extensive experience in assessing and treating a range of issues impacting mental health, including: anxiety, depression, trauma & abuse, adjustment/transitions, parenting and family difficulties.
Dr Brownfield is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and specialises in child, adolescent and family therapy. Kylie is trained in a number of therapeutic frameworks, particularly ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a branch of CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, interpersonal therapy and psychodynamic approaches. Specific therapeutic direction will depend on the needs of the individual.
