As a fully qualified Naturopath and Counsellor my emphasis is on providing a person-centred approach to healthcare, that positions you as the expert in your own life.
I can help you to reach the health and wellness goals you personally wish to achieve and are ready for without force, judgment or health dogma.
My goal is always to facilitate the changes you wish to see in your life, working collaboratively within the abilities and limitations of your lifestyle and needs.
As a Counsellor I use modalities such as person centred therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT, Existential Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches (Meditation, Mindfulness and Mindful Self Compassion) to help you explore your personal problems with compassion and support to help you achieve a more rich, meaningful and fulfilling life that aligns with your deepest values and goals.
As a Naturopath I have a special interest in addressing gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, reflux, and bloating, food intolerances and mental health issues including fatigue, mood problems, anxiety, stress, depression and concentration, weight regulation, chronic disease prevention, diet planning and health and wellness coaching.
Combining all these modalities has given me a unique perspective on how to really help you improve your health, life and sense of vitality and purpose.
