Sharing your story can help lighten your load. Sharing your story in therapy can help you receive validation for what you are going through, review your life story in a safe space and use it to heal and improve your life situation.
As a psychologist I help young adults improve their mental health through therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, emotion freedom technique otherwise known as tapping, cognitive behaviour therapy, visualisation, emotion focused therapy, mindfulness, person centred counselling. I am solution focused, work collaboratively with my clients and aim to meet them were they are at.
I have helped clients who have relationship problems, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, challenges at work, any form of abuse and support to improve their self esteem. I have also helped clients who need support to improve their money story.
I offer one hour sessions online, by telephone or face-to-face in Essendon or Preston. Payment of $160 for each session is payable on the day by cash, bank transfer or Hicaps. Bank transfers must be paid before the session starts. Rebates available for people with a mental health care plan.
I also help organisations improve the people and culture through human resource management strategies.
