Linda Davey B.Mus.Ed.; B.A. (Hons Psych); M. Psych.; MAPS is an experienced clinical psychologist now practising in Ballarat. She is a highly regarded member of the psychology profession with many years experience in clinical practice, supervision of clinical students and research. Linda is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and is both a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychology and the APS College of Forensic Psychology.
Linda is able to accept referrals for a wide range of mental health difficulties in adults and adolescents. She is committed to evidence-based practice utilising a range of therapies as appropriate (including CBT, ACT, Schema, DBT, systemic and dynamic approaches). Linda has experience and a particular interest in treating those individuals diagnosed with emotion regulation problems/personality disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and depression, trauma and complex PTSD. She is also qualified in systemic family and couple therapy and is known as a dynamic presenter of psycho-educational workshops. Linda works collaboratively with other health professionals and is registered to accept Medicare referrals.
