We are a small family dairy, producing and bottling 100% Jersey milk on our farm at Knapp Creek, in the heart of the Scenic Rim. Jersey cows are a quality heritage breed, renowned for their naturally superior milk - it is richer and creamier than other milks, with higher levels of butter fat, protein and calcium. It is quite rare for farmers to process and bottle their own milk on-farm, but we have chosen to do this as we are focussed on producing a quality milk that is as natural as can be, with minimal processing and no added chemicals, additives, flavourings or preservatives. We are passionate about the health of our herd as well as cultivating the natural wildlife corridor on our property. Unlike most Queensland dairies, we are working closely with the natural flora and fauna to create a balanced and sustainable farm environment.
